The Experience

Hey gorgeous! I am Chelsea from Wild Blue Boudoir and I want to make YOU feel like a rock star.

From the moment you decide to book your session, I want you to feel like you are working with a close friend because usually by the time I get to deliver your beautiful photos, that is how I see us! A boudoir session isn't something that someone does everyday and is usually a once in a lifetime occurrence, so for that reason, I want every detail of your experience to be one you remember fondly. There are three words I want to instill into every woman I meet and that is: Confidence, Comfort and Class. I am a modest and tasteful boudoir photographer and every session will showcase the best you that you are!

I have extensively studied posing for women of all shapes and sizes and guarantee that you will leave with photos of yourself that you are proud to brag about! Let me walk you through the average Wild Blue Experience to give you an idea of what you will be treated to during your own session:

The Consultation:
So you've decided to book!! There is no better way to get acquainted than an in-person consultation to meet, talk details and to pay your retainer. At your consultation, we talk locations, what to wear and a little about how to get ready to look and feel your best come session day. We go over collections and choose what fits your needs and budget best, then go over the contract that covers everything from each of our responsibilities to a model release, should you choose to sign one. After you pay your retainer and choose a date for your shoot, we will be officially booked!

The Days Leading to Your Session:
Drink lots of water and avoid alcohol on the days leading up to your session. This will ensure that you're not holding on to any extra water weight and that your skin is hydrated and glowing! Don't try a new haircut or color that you're unsure of during this time and do any tanning at least a week before your session...self tanner is discouraged as there is a fiiiine line between that nice glow and oompa loompa orange!

The Day Before:
Get a good nights sleep the night before and remember to EAT! Crash diets and starvation never feels good. I want you well rested and fed to ensure the best results possible! A good shave the night before is imperative. Armpits, legs, bikini line...give yourself the works ladies!! If you wax, please do so a few days prior to avoid red and irritated skin on the day of. If you wear nail polish, make sure both your fingers and toes are the same color or at least coordinating and free of chips. Double check those eyebrows for stray hairs, brush those teeth well, have all of your clothing and accessories put together so you don't have to rush that next day and then rest assure that you will look AMAZING during your session!!

The Day Of:
Eat breakfast and lunch!! You don't have to overdo it by any means, but staying fed will avoid those hunger pains when we get together to shoot in the evening. Arrive at least ten minutes early so that we can start sorting through your outfits and accessories. If your collection includes professional hair and makeup, we will start dolling you up at this time! If not, then we will pick your first outfit and get to shooting ;) There will be poses you feel like you look funny in, but they always translate well on camera and you will NEVER be asked to do anything you feel super uncomfortable with!! We will laugh, chat and shoot the evening away <3

After Your Session:
Your gallery will be completed and returned to you within 10 days of your shoot, with a sneak peek posted within 24 hours if you signed a model release! You will be sent a password protected link to your gallery where you will be able to choose your favorite photos to be included in the collection you have purchased. If you have an album included in your collection, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks for that to be designed, ordered and back to you presented beautifully, ready to gift!

Well there is the Wild Blue Experience in a nutshell, however you could never get the real deal without braving a session yourself :D I look forward to each and every lady I get to work with and take pride in providing the Valley with the best customer service and most fun during a photo session that you could ask for <3
