Meet Chelsea

If you don't know me already, my name is Chelsea! I hate “about me's,” and feel like every one I write is a little too dry and boring. I could tell you all about my passion for photography, but I'd hope that is obvious enough looking around at my page! I could explain just how these past five or six years have been spent “self-teaching” photoshop and shooting techniques. I could even start justifying the amount I've spent on equipment and classes to further my knowledge and the likes, but I think the most important things I could tell you are the things that will help you know who I am. The things that will tell you who “Chelsea” is, even though I still think I'm learning who I am too.

Because I feel like I've written a billion now, I think I'll approach this about me a bit differently and just give ya the facts I think are most important. Important is used loosely as I'm sure these facts are more random than anything haha.

1. I'm a mother and a wife before all else. I love my three beautiful daughters, my husband and my life with them... even when I get handed a gross candy from the box of chocolates we call life.
2. I have a strong passion for photography and most anything creative. I feel most alive when creating something pretty.
3. I've been known to curse like a sailor and have a filthy sense of humor. Sorry mom, but I get the latter from you, ya know.
4. I used to think I'd one day be a crazy cat lady. Now, I'm not much of an animal person at all. I like animals well enough, but I do not want more than the irritating fluff ball I already own.
5. I could eat my weight in sour skittles, even if my tongue tried to fall off first.
6. My favorite time to bathe is in the middle of the night- like 3 AM middle of the night- when my mind wont shut off. Best de-stresser ever.
7. I love a good deal! Thrift stores & yard sales used to embarrass me beyond belief as a child. Now, I get giddy when my mom invites me out to “go hunting!”
8. I've been with my fabulous husband Jim for seven years now and only within the last year has he heard my outstanding singing voice. Nails on chalk board kind of outstanding.
9. I decorate for holidays a month too early and take it down a few weeks too late. I'm festive, okay!
10. I'm probably one of the most down to earth, honest & genuine people out there. I aim to please and cannot stand conflict or people being upset!

So there ya go, a bit of random, probably useless, facts about me! Maybe I'll add more as they pop into my head or maybe I'll someday suck it up and write a more formal about me that tells you more relevant information.
